Blom Social is a social discovery platform that uses personality-based matching to group compatible people for real-world events. Our Service includes personality quizzes, event matching, group formation, chat functionality, and attendance tracking.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If we discover that you are under 18, we will immediately terminate your account and delete all associated data.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our Service (photos, messages, profile information). However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store your content solely for providing our Service.

The Blom Social app, including its design, features, algorithms, and branding, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.
Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, we make no warranties about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our Service.
Important: Blom Social events take place in public venues (cafes, parks, studios, etc.). We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during events. You participate at your own risk.
We are not responsible for the behavior or actions of other users, whether during events or in private communications. You interact with other users at your own risk and discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blom Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our Service.
If you download our App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to their respective terms of service. In case of conflict between our Terms and the app store terms, the app store terms shall prevail for app store-related matters.
Token purchases are processed by Apple or Google according to their payment terms. Refund requests for in-app purchases must follow their respective policies.
We use third-party services (Supabase, Expo, etc.) to provide our Service. These services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their actions or availability.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Blom Social has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
This policy applies to all users of the Blom Social mobile application and related services worldwide.

Users are not entitled to refunds for service changes they don't agree with.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your account data according to our Privacy Statement.
