About the role
You'll work directly with the founder and head of social media to help grow Blom's social media presence. You'll be creating content, writing copy, and seeing the results in real time.
We’re open to people who don’t have formal professional experience, if you have a genuine interest in social media and what to take ownership in a fast growing learning environment we want to hear from you
Responsibilities
- Shoot, edit, and post Reels, carousels, and Stories
- Attend Blom events to capture content on the ground
- Help grow our community and engage with followers
- Spot trends and bring ideas to the table
What we're looking for
- Active on Instagram and genuinely interested in what performs
- Comfortable behind a camera (phone is fine)
- Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
- Bonus: a following of your own, or experience growing one
Compensation
Paid. If it's a good fit, there's a longer-term role on the other side of this.
